How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.

What is your return policy for baby gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, car seats and hygiene products cannot be returned once opened.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Babinski's Baby ships exclusively within the United States and Canada. We are looking to expand our international shipping options in the near future.

Are your products safety certified?

Yes, every product we carry meets or exceeds US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) standards. We curate our inventory from trusted brands that prioritize infant safety and non-toxic materials.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

To ensure fast delivery, we begin processing orders immediately. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer support team within 1 hour of placement, and we will do our best to assist you.
